Working with Elevate: A clear and practical process
When work is carried out in someone’s home or business, clarity matters.
From the first enquiry through to completion, our aim is to keep things straightforward so you know what to expect at each stage.
Every project is different, but most follow a similar process.
1. Enquiry
All projects begin with an enquiry through our website. Our form captures the key details about your property, the type of work required and your goals for the project. This helps us understand the scope of the job before moving forward. You can specify a time for a site visit to be attended.
2. Review and Response
Once we receive your enquiry, we review the information and respond to discuss the project further. Some smaller jobs can be clarified at this stage, while larger projects usually move forward to a site visit.
3. Site Visit Quote
For most work, Chris visits the property to properly assess the job. This allows him to understand the space, identify any technical considerations and provide a clear and accurate quote for the work required.
4. Booking and scheduling
If you are happy to proceed, the work is booked into the schedule. At this stage we confirm timings, any preparation needed and how the project will move forward.
5. Work completed
Chris carries out the work with care and attention to detail, ensuring everything is completed to a high standard. Where relevant, installations are tested and the space is left clean and tidy once the work is finished.
